Lip Defect After Excision of a squamous call carcinoma.  Cancers of the upper lip are usually caused from sun exposure.  Upper lip cancers are more aggressive than lower lip cancer. Planned Closure:  A right lip rotation advancement flap and a small wedge excision of the left part of the defect.
