The patient's nose has been shaped and the large cystic disease removed.  The left side of the nose has also been shaved to start to contour the nose.  The patient was elderly and at this point was very pleased and wanted no further treatment.  However, further improvement could be obtained by contouring the nose with a laser, knife shaving or dermabrasion.
