Inferiorly Based Nasolabial Flap for
Nose Reconstruction in a Patient With Skin Cancer

A patient with a partial thickness  left nasal defect.  Note the distortion of the nasal ala. A flap not a graft is needed to repair this distortion.  An inferiorly based nasolabial flap is constructed.

The flap is rotated in place and sewn into position with little tension.  1 wk post op result.
